Hanoi Grapevine’s Finest (HGF) — the annual audience-nominated recognition of outstanding contemporary art projects in Vietnam since 2019 — is now officially hosted on the Southeast Asia Digital Library.

This special conversation marks the launch of the archive on the platform and reflects on what it means for a grassroots, community-driven archive to enter an international digital library consortium. Bringing together perspectives from cultural practice, anthropology, and digital librarianship, the discussion will explore questions of whose knowledge counts, how digital archives shape research narratives, and how audience-led cultural memory is preserved within scholarly infrastructures.
